Dr. Gbemisola Adetayo is the founder of AI Ready Leaders and Principal at Arrell Advisory. She works as an AI transformation and governance consultant, helping leaders connect AI strategy with human judgment, accountability, and organizational readiness.
Her experience includes enterprise digital delivery work associated with The Coca-Cola Company and lululemon, AI policy research activities with the Center for AI and Digital Policy, and public education on responsible AI adoption.
