Who this notice covers
This notice covers information submitted through www.aireadyleaders.org. AI Ready Leaders is finalizing its formal legal controller and contracting-entity wording. Until that wording is approved, privacy questions and requests should be sent to info@aireadyleaders.org.
Information we collect
We collect information when you choose to submit a website form:

Our hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages for security and service delivery.
Transactional messages and optional marketing
Registration confirmations and inquiry responses are transactional. Where a form offers an optional marketing checkbox, leaving it unchecked does not prevent the underlying registration or inquiry. The CAPI waitlist is itself an email-update request and requires consent.
Service providers
- Vercel hosts and delivers the website.
- Resend delivers transactional registration and inquiry email.
- MailerLite stores and manages consent-based waitlist and marketing subscriptions.
- Stripe will process paid workshop checkout when a live checkout link is enabled. AI Ready Leaders does not receive full card details.
- Google Fonts supplies website typefaces and may receive technical request information when fonts load.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational records, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal obligations. Detailed retention schedules are being finalized as part of the website operations plan. You may request deletion by contacting info@aireadyleaders.org. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Your choices and requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing or waitlist email using the link in the message. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of information associated with your email address. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions.
International processing
Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Applicable transfer and contract requirements will be addressed in the finalized privacy and vendor-governance documentation.
Children
The website offers professional and organizational services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through these forms.
