Third-party processors
Your data may be processed by the following third-party services on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses for international data transfers:
- Google LLC — Google Forms (waitlist), Google Fonts (typeface rendering). Google’s servers may log your IP address when fonts are loaded. Google Privacy Policy

- Vercel Inc. — website hosting. Vercel processes server access logs including IP addresses. Vercel Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking scripts. Vercel (our hosting provider) may set essential session cookies required for secure delivery of the site. Google Fonts is loaded directly from Google servers, which may result in your IP address being logged by Google.
If you wish to prevent Google Fonts from logging your IP, you can disable web fonts in your browser settings.
Data retention
We retain your email address and name for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing info@aireadyleaders.org and requesting deletion. We will remove your data within 30 days of your request.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR:
- Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data

International transfers
Some of our third-party processors (Google, Calendly, Vercel) are based in the United States. Transfers to these processors are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.
Children's privacy
Our services are directed at professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
