Responsible AI Transformation for businesses, institutions, and communities.
AI Ready Leaders workshops are live, hands-on learning experiences for nontechnical leaders and business owners who want to move beyond experimentation and build practical AI readiness they can apply immediately.
Why Leaders Need This Workshop

Too Many Tools, No Visible ROI
New AI tools launch every week. Few leaders have a reliable way to turn AI into a real advantage for differentiation and value creation.

AI Moves Faster Than Governance
Teams are adopting AI faster than most organizations can set expectations, guardrails or oversight.

No Safe Space to Ask Questions
Enterprise Leaders and Business Owners need somewhere judgment-free to ask what they don’t know yet, without slowing down their team.
AI is already changing how we work, lead, and make decisions.
For leaders, the path forward can feel uncertain and complex.
The organizations that advance bring AI into strategic discussions early.
You do not need to be technical — you need enough understanding to make the right choices.

Not more AI information. Better AI judgment.
The goal of an AI Ready Leaders workshop is not to show you dozens of tools or overwhelm you with terminology. It is to help you make better decisions about AI. By the end of a workshop, you should be better equipped to understand the issue being taught, evaluate its implications for your work or organization, and take a practical next step.

Understand the Topic
A clear, nontechnical grasp of the concept, opportunity or risk explored.

Evaluate Your Context
Apply the learning to your own role, team or organization.

Work Through Real Decisions
Guided exercises and frameworks that turn concepts into action.

Leave With a Next Step
Something concrete to implement, discuss or explore further.
Small enough to actually work through the questions.
AI Ready Leaders workshops are typically limited to approximately 10-12 participants, so there is room for questions, guided exercises, discussion, and application.
These sessions are designed for nontechnical people whose work increasingly intersects with AI. They are particularly relevant for business owners, founders, executives, managers, team leads, consultants, and professionals responsible for making decisions about how AI should be understood, introduced, or used.
No technical background is required.
You should be willing to think critically, participate in the exercises, and apply what you learn to a real professional context.

Practical by design.
Each workshop combines clear instruction with guided application.
01Understand
Start with the concepts you actually need, explained without unnecessary technical language.
02Examine
Look at realistic examples, assumptions, risks and decisions related to the topic.
03Apply
Work through structured exercises using your own role, organization or business as context.
04Decide
Identify what the learning means for what you should do next.
A different responsible AI question every month.
AI readiness is not built through a single course or one afternoon of tool demonstrations. The monthly workshop series explores the practical questions leaders increasingly need to answer as AI becomes part of everyday work.
AI Ready Leaders workshops will help nontechnical leaders and business owners move from AI curiosity to confident, responsible action. Across the coming months, participants will explore:
- →Workflows and selecting valuable AI use cases
- →Adoption and Governance Frameworks for leaders and teams
- →Human Oversight, accountability, and guardrails
- →Data and organizational readiness for AI
- →Choosing AI tools and vendors
- →AI agents and human-agent collaboration
- →Leading workforce and organizational change
- →Measuring AI value and outcomes
Each live, two-hour workshop combines clear instruction with hands-on application. Participants leave with a practical framework, assessment, decision tool, or action plan they can use in their business or organization.

Live Virtual · 2 hours · Limited to approximately 10-12 participants
You have tried AI tools and seen what they can produce. Now the more important questions begin: where AI should fit into your work, what to trust, what to verify, and how to move from individual experimentation to responsible, intentional adoption. This founding workshop gives you a practical foundation for answering those questions - working through the concepts, decisions, and exercises that help you move from simply using AI to understanding how to use and lead it with greater judgment.
